Functional Movement Screen Course
The principles of movement are implemented from the results we derive from the Functional Movement Screen, allowing us to make programming decisions with precision and purpose. Screen results provide valuable feedback throughout the training process to ensure we are meeting short and long-term movement goals for lifelong health and vitality.
Fundamental Capacity Screen Course

The Fundamental Capacity Screen assesses four fundamental forms of movement energy expression and how they interact with each other and the individual’s environment to create the sustainable movement fitness and movement health we seek.
Breathing Assessment Course
Examine in deep detail functional and dysfunctional breathing. We introduce a breathing re-training exercise approach, grounded in the neurodevelopmental progression that can be applied in the fitness and rehabilitation settings.
Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC)
The ability to truly coach an athlete, properly demonstrate exercises and modify programming in real-time is what sets apart great coaches in the field. These skill are lost amongst many of the current certification models in the field of strength & conditioning.
“The Art of Coaching” is the ability to address situations as they occur in real time on the training floor. The CFSC provides the tools to do just that, and in doing so, sets itself apart from every other certification on the market.
